Ahh the remix kit. Give me a little time. I have to convert them into 320 for you as well as seperating and neatening up the files. I'll have to give you the keylines with the efx on them in addition to my edited drums and such. Cool ?

hey ptil, i really admire your work. although it's nt exactly my taste, i love some parts of it and i really love listening to your opinions (some of which i agree, some not).
i got here from the article in walla and i have to say i was quite alarmed , not by your anger or bitterness, we all have one, but your despair and willing to quite the life of creation for something you utterly despise.
i think that this article made me angry about you, because you want to quit. creation doesn't always need audience, it comes before audience - and - it's not like the internet is blocked for you - you can still create and publish. it may not be profitable. many artists here in israel and abroad don't manage to live off their art, and work as well as creating. i don't think a creative man can really let go of creating, not without killing his psyche and spirit.
you can work and create, and you don't need to be a corporate whore in order to work, there are small business too. anyway - the corps won't accept you with this haircut, lol.

what im trying to say is that you will need to settle because we all make settlements, it's part of our lives. there is a difference between settlement and forefiting. if you feel that corporate jobs are not for you - work elsewhere. if you feel that record companies demand you to be a slave - don't distribute your albums by a record company but keep creating. this is a settlement, not surrender. we settle in order to live. if a man wants to eat an entire hamburger but his brother wants too, he will give him a half - he settles because he loves his brother more than his immediate needs.
if you really love your art, you need to settle. if you don't earn money for living you wouldn't be able to create. budha said - that life is like a string - if you strech it too much it will snap. if you will loosen it - it won't play - so live in the middle (and here i don't mean be a corrupted borjois corporate whore, but i talk about life's nececities - money for eating, a roof over your head, a "canvas" to draw upon it).

i don't think you should quit creating. you are very creative and very thought provoking, and it's a damnright shame if you will stop creating. many of israel's most revered artists or designers lived most of their lives in obscurity but never gave up on creating.

good luck - im so tired now-
Yaronimus

thank you very much
my reply to you is simple:
the time and place where i quit this is a work of art in itself
